Sainté

Sainté is the next-up of UK Rap. Having bubbled far beyond his Leicester scene since viral single ‘Champagne Shots’ – which exploded when he was still working at Nando’s – to his highly acclaimed DIY EPs, today Sainté has emerged the front-runner of a new wave of artists connecting the worlds of music, fashion, and community. Inspired by polymathic talents ranging from Tyler to Skepta, Sainté has carved his own cultural path all the way from semi-pro basketball to featuring in campaigns for Louis Vuitton (with the late Virgil Abloh), New Balance, and appearing at this year’s Paris Fashion Week alongside the likes of Gunna, YEAT and WestSide Gunn. With over 300 million streams, live dates alongside Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats, not to mention collaborations with Knucks and Miraa May, Sainté kicked off a bold new era with latest single ‚Tea Over Henny‘ – his debut mixtape, Still Local, drops this spring. Sainté’s ascendance is rooted in a love of locality that feels hopeful, authentic, and marks him out as an undeniable One to Watch for the years ahead.
